Conforme projeto inicial, a revista ethic@ foi editada em CD-ROM. Ela torna-se, dessa maneira, não apenas uma revista de internet, mas consolida-se através de outros meios de apresentação e divulgação. Pode, por exemplo, ser utilizada em bibliotecas para consulta. É importante observar que a edição em CD-ROM mantém o mesmo formato dos trabalhos, o que possibilita que os artigos sejam citados com os mesmos dados bibliográficos.    Com a presente publicação em CD-ROM, somente ficarão disponibilizados na rede os números atuais. According to the original project, Ethic@ is now been edited in CD-ROM. In this way, it becomes available not only on the internet, but  also by other means of presentation and publication. It may, for instance, be used in libraries without accessing the web.It is important to notice that the edition in CD-ROM keeps the same format as the papers available on the internet. In so doing, the papers may be quoted using the same bibliographical data.     With the present edition in CD-ROM, only the current issues are available on the internet.
